Recruiting from abroad

I recruit medical professionals from Serbia, Bosnia and

Herzegovina, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia and Croatia, and I am the link between health facilities in Germany and specialised personnel.

 

My applicants are thoroughly prepared for the new working environment. I organise and intensively accompany the recognition procedure. The German courses are conducted online, in the country of origin, by a cooperation partner.

 

ND Personalvermittlung speaks the native language of the applicants.

My service for clients

  • 1. Active search for applicants

    ND Personalvermittlung is run by me, Natasa Dinic-Djukic. I have been employed as a staff member and manager at Vitos Südhessen since 1992.


    Through years of experience in the business, I am able to recruit medical professionals, and those with a psychiatric specialty.

  • 2. Personalised applicant selection

    Suitable candidates are selected by means of a requirement profile, together with the client.

  • 3. Observations

    Selected candidates are invited for job shadowing appointments.

  • 4. Assistance with the Visa procedure

    Candidates receive their visa within the framework of the accelerated skilled worker procedure. The application for the visa is in the hands of the employer, and ND Personalvermittlung will assist in an advisory capacity.

  • 5. Living space

    The client's task is to organise initial accommodation, for example, hostels, rented flats or shared flats. The employees usually pay for the accommodation as rent.

  • 6. Remuneration

    Minimum salaries have been set for care workers in Germany. Before recognition, the monthly salary is 2300 Euro gross; after recognition the monthly salary is 2800 Euro gross.


  • 7. Travel expenses and accommodation for the work placement

    All travel costs and accommodation for the internship are covered by the client. The price of a flight ticket from the Western Balkans to Germany costs between 50 and 300 euros.


    The candidates arriving in Germany are picked up at the respective airport (Frankfurt am Main / Frankfurt Hahn) by ND Personalvermittlung and accompanied to the accommodation organised by the client.

Costs and mediation

  • 1. Fee

    The first instalment (50%) is due on the first day of employment. The second instalment is due after the end of the probationary period, at the latest 6 months after starting work if the employment relationship continues.

  • 2. Travel expenses

    Travel expenses and out-of-pocket expenses of the applicant(s) shall be borne by the client (employer) as incurred and with prior consent upon presentation of receipts.

  • 3. Additional services

     Additional services shall be agreed separately and in writing.

  • 4. Invoicing and terms of payment

    We invoice our fee as follows:

    The first fee invoice (50%) is issued after the start of work.


    The second fee invoice is issued after the end of the probationary period, at the latest 6 months after admission.


    All fees and costs are subject to statutory VAT.
